stainless longganisa

online forums have helped me a lot in discovering stuff, one of them are those wonderful authors that everyone has been recommending. Bob Ong is one of them. Stainless Longganisa is the first book that i've read from him, all written in tagalog.i know some of you dont like to read filipino or tagalog ones but i assure you that Bob Ong is surely one of the best. hindi boring ang lolo mo, dami ko pang natutunan. im one-of-a-hell-frustrated-writer, kahit anong gawin ko, wala talagang magandang maisulat ang kamay ko. this book have enlightened me in all aspect. heart over mind ika nga. inspired me in all things bout writing. packaged deal na nga ang book na to. i want to be inspired especially in writing anything over everything. i sometimes write or post some stuff here that arent came from my heart, so i bit those were non-sense thoughts made by me, and should be trashed. heart over mind is the lesson i got.

yes im hooked with this celebrity edition of pinoy bigbrother, you know why? its because of GABY DELA MERCED.. the person that i so idolized even before, two years ago, i searched her over the internet coz i found out that she's an ultimate Asian Formula Race3 champion, and knowing me? the loser when it comes to driving, (alright i know how to drive but not that much, ok?) was extremely happy to know her, that in this game wherein only male-can-do as what we all knew, there's this Gaby who made it to top!

but now, she just quit.... she quit because of her passion, which i admire her a lot for doin it...

i can see in her how determined she is and passionate woman she is when she decided to leave the house...

though i hated it coz i cannot anymore see her everyday at the house over our japanese TV, part of me is somewhat happy for her... that made me idolizing her more...

November 1-All Saint's Day

haPPy HaLLoween everyone!

how did you spend your halloween? hmmm... well, for me since i was just the only one left at the house for everybody was out of town and the rest were out of the country, i was online the whole time on halloween eve.. hehehehehe.. Good thing Malls opened at around lunch time so i invited my cousin Hearty to join me invading the crowded place. We went to SM North Edsa just to settle some stuff and headed to Trinoma to watch a movie. (another round for moviehouse!yehey!)

We watched Balls of Fury since Maggie Q, yeah Maggie Q, my husband's Ultimate crush (do you know her?) and the one that i always got jealous with (call me pathetic and stupid, i know i know).. but i like her, actually i got envied of her sexiness, the way she handles herself-so confident and not to mention---a very sexy Fighter! alright,stop that! hmp! back to the movie now, the movie is funny, if you are a Def Leppard die hard fan, you will see in every scene tatak "Def Leppard" with their song of course, it wont be forgotten... its a game movie about "ping-pong" mixed with fun & chinese karate actions (i actually dont know how they call that)

i didnt find it very wonderful movie, its just a so-so for me though had lots of fun scenes but still not that good. the story itself, is different but not fascinating. well, its just me, just my POV.

the halloween that i had was spent mostly at the mall and moviehouse while my husband was on a 24hour duty..tsk tsk tsk.. i know you will have great time after that My ipo.. your turn will be next to mine,LOL..

i admit im an avid fan of Angelina Jolie (my profile says it so).. just saw her new movie WANTED trailer over yahoo...

hmmmm.. i gotta wait till 2008 to watch it over the big screen... ill be counting days starting today..

Safe Cake!

the whole week was crazy for me, its not crazy like im hooked with my job or gettin crazy reading my boring accounting notes, i got crazy for CAKES! particularly those Chocolate Cakes from Red Ribbon (nope, im not advertising, just sharing).

i am sometimes unpredictable, remember those times where i was cravin for wines? i bought wines at that time for the whole week and drink them whenever i wanted to, until one day i immensely took it & got dizzy, from that day on i stopped drinking wines... hehehehe..

so there you go, my cravings with foods! my weird cravings that is...

so for this whole week, its Chocolate Cake, i dont know when will i stopped this, but eventually it will stopped and will change for another cravings, i dont know but i am sometimes or maybe all the times like that, just as i observed by my own self huh...

my insomia started since the time i quit my job, from then on i switched my daytime life into nighttime.. im not a morning person by the way, though i usually woke up as early as 6am no matter what time i went to bed the night before, im still not a morning person, i usually had a hard time bragging myself out from bed.. wait! why am i tellin you this? well, simply because i just want to share what i did with my Cake (yeah this entry that im posting is supposed to be all about Cake), i eat my Cake during wee hours, while im busy browsing everything here at the internet, its always at my side together with a coffee or just an H2O.. and its keepin me awake.. hehehehe..

since its not advisable to bring any sweet foods in our room, and i cant resist myself of eating cake, what i did just to avoid the little (of course they're little ones) red ants to suddenly show up, i put a bowl with water on it on top of it is the cake that i put in a saucer.. that way, little-red-ants wont come along with them even if i will fall asleep.. safe cake!

acquainted W/ ASC friend

i supposedly has an appointment to my dentist today, but when i called early morning, it will be moved on Sunday, i felt quite mad about it coz this achy tooth that i am feelin right now aint healthy anymore----so what's the use of ponstan (my all-around favorite pain reliever)? got doze of it two days ago from a drug store just to keep away the pain i had or whatever pain i experienced lately..

i received a message from dear-online-new-found-friend from ASC forum, confirming if ill still be able to join them with the scheduled met-ups today at Greenbelt... it was 12 something when i finally sent them text message to the number she gave me, and telling me that met ups will be at 1pm, so i said to myself "ohmygawd! will i be a superman right this very hour?" i couldnt do the rush thing on that, damn! i wish i was a spiderman instead, LOL...

to make this story short, the met-up ended at Trinoma (thank God) but we are only two who showed up, (its a long story, but im not willing to elaborate everything, heheheheh)..

her name is Ghei, mamu Ghei as fondly called by few co-members.. talking to someone who has the same situation with mine is a great help to overcome my worries.. i so remember how she told me about Faith---i definitely was strucked on that, though word by word i cant say things here, but i would say that Faith means a lot and will help you move and hope for the future...

aFter FOUR Months!

its been FOUR months that i havent visited my favorite place--MOVIEHOUSE!

and yesterday at long last, was one of the chance for me to drop by, watch Stardust with Fun~

ive been waiting for this movie to comeout, the long wait is over! yeah man, and i love it more than the book.. amazing!

here's one of the lines that i mesmerized when Yvaine spoke to Tristan who became a mouse at that scene.

New Family

in my 24 hour online which started yesterday afternoon, ive been searching for some forums that would help us with the situation that we (ipo & i) have right now regarding our paperwork, i registered THREE forums for visa community and other filipino community that matched to my needs and queries. the visajourney , filipinas, & ASC have answered my Qs. I so much glad to be part of the team, for they are not only giving me fuLL iNFos for our needs but have built with each other the so-called FamiLY..

Ipo's Day + GiRLtalkers + Toni's Despidida

lots of things to update.. hehehehe...

ill probably start with how we (my ipo and i) decided to celebrate his birthday.. October 10 of this year, officially adds another year for Charles, since he was on a 24 hour duty at that time, i suggested that ill celebrate his beerday at the house instead of where he was at that time and will call him during the celebration... i invited few of our friends in Manila and gathered during dinner time.. i personally thank my beautiful sister Toni for helping me out with all the preparations and everything after all it was also her despidida party (she went to Las Vegas last Sunday, & will stay there for good)..

second, My co-girltalkers that i met through CebuBisdak thread had a wonderful time last Saturday, whole day! yeah daytime to night-time! i wanted Amen to see the beautiful place Bonhi high-Serendra-MarketMarket (w/c bytheway, my fave mall place) heheheh.. had lunch at Chai at Silk (man! it was expensive), saw Sam Milby after 30-an hour of our stay there, he was at our back (i wanted to invite him to join us but i figured his not alone, tsk tsk--sori Fern)... then experienced Krispy Kreme since its not available in Cebu, the matamis Krispy Kreme that is.. hehehehe..

of course, coffee shouldnt be missed out... the whole afternoon was spent at Starbucks after strollin the whole place including Marketmarket.. and as usual what do girltalkers do? Chitchats to the highest level! heheheheh.. and we didnt even noticed that we stayed there for almost i think four hours.. hahahahhaha... that was the time then that we decided to have picture-kodakan at the Boni high (i love the place during night time).. walked to The Fort Strip and had dinner at Pier One then headed home at 9pm.. the day was full of fun especially with these girltalkers around...

third, we sent Toni (mysistah) to the airport for her departure to LA.. no crying moments allowed! heheheh.. the result? we totally laugh out loud till our instentines will come out from our mouth.. man! it was superb day at the airport.. we had kodakan moments that is so Kulit! Good Luck dear Sistah! i surely goin to miss you.. wala ng magluluto sa akin.. hehehehehe... We'll see each other pa naman there eh!

to sum it all! the week was Superb!

Kapz DaY

my apology to my Kapz Maki for this late post, though i know you are not waiting for this nor expect this to happen, still i apologized.heheheh

Last Week tuesday was My Kapz Maki's Birthday who is now having his residency in Singapore. I sent him text message around 7:00 in the morning..

Me: Happy birthday dear Kapz! Tawag ta ko nimo kaso madedukan man kag apil, kasab-an nya ko nimo bi. Hehe.Happy Beerday Kapz!

talked to my husband for the whole day (okey, he didnt sleep and as usual i made him stayed awake till wee hour, just please dont snap at me, alright?)hehehehe.. he got a mask courtesy of his friend Lew (thanks Lew for making my husband so happy), its really cool and i envied him of having that.. hahahaha.. so with no second thought, i grabbed my cam and took a pic while he tried that mask.. its like from the 300 movie huh? heheh..




another superb monday for me.

P.S. one of the best company in town called me today to have an interview tomorrow.. i almost fell down when they told me the package and the deal.. hmmmm.. tempting huh? im still thinking if i should get that and oh by the way, i remembered i sent them resume last year.. what the heck?
